It would be so nice if people would finally get the name right. do you know how many years it has been since we were either the Huey P Long or the Trade School??
Change tne title to Louisiana Technical College, you might get some participation.

It's my understanding that "Huey P. Long" is still part of the school's name:

Is that incorrect?

I didn't use "Louisiana Technical College" because that's a larger institution of which the Winnfield school is only a part. I could have titled the post something like "Huey P. Long Campus of the Louisiana Technical College," but that seemed unnecessarily long and I believe that the school is still popularly known as the "trade school" or the "vo-tech" or just the "Huey P. Long," even if those names are technically incorrect.

I will, however, follow your suggestion and make a change in the post title in order to more accurately show the current name of the school.

I hope you and anyone else interested will feel free to post here. Also, please consider starting a blog devoted specifically to the happenings at the Huey P. Long campus of the LTC.
