We just moved here from Grant Parish and my kids started school here today. I noticed when I was at the schools this morning that there was no police there does Winnfield not have school officers that stay at the school all day? In Grant there is a officer at every school.
So far as I know, there aren't any police stationed at Winn's schools, but I actually think the students are much safer without Winn Parish cops hanging around.
